This is my interpretation of an image shown to me in a ancient temple I am often taken to in meditation.

20"x30" Original Acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas

eady to hang, finished edge no need for framing

The Sri Yantra at the center of this piece consists of 9 interlocking triangles with a double ring of lotus petals. In Sanskrit the word Yantra means, an instrument of support releasing one from bondage. As an instrument for meditation it is supporting spiritual liberation.

The Sri Yantra is surrounded by the Flower of Life or Life's Flower. This symbols belongs to Sacred Geometry representing the cycle of creation showing that all life and consciousness arise from one source, starting with the first circle or cell.
