Metatron's feminine counterpart is rarely referred to, possibly because Metatron is seen and experienced as such a compelling and seemingly overwhelming energy. Sophia's energies appear to be both contradictory and complementary. She is powerful, yet gentle; serene, yet volatile; immovable, yet highly mobile. She can assist one in grounding like no other, drawing energy and through to anchor it at whatever point or place is appropriate
