Life is continually now, the past is who you were the future is who you will become. Whatever happens, whatever you experience, feel, think or do it is always now. Your journey is now, your journey is all created/experienced in this life. We habitually miss the now. As we resist it, dislike it, try to get away from it, reduce it to a means to an end. We miss the essence of life. We find ourselves stuck in the dream world of images, concepts, labels, interpretations, judgments that are either in the past or have not happened yet– the conditioned content of our minds that we take to be "self."

When we are out of alignment with what is, we are out of alignment with life. We are struggling to reach a point in the future where there is greater security, aliveness, abundance, love, joy … unaware that the now make up the essence of who we are. Now is the time to find ourselves, our essence, our present.
